    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping cost varies by location and shipping type. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, after you enter your customer information and before the sale is confirmed.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we do not ship internationally.

    Has my order shipped? When will it arrive and how do I track it?

    We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for FedEx standard ground. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is packed for shipment. Once FedEx picks up your package from our warehouse (usually around 3pm PST), your tracking number will be active and you can check your estimated delivery date.

    I accidentally ordered the wrong stuff, what do I do?

    If you have ordered in error, please email us IMMEDIATELY at custserv@trukfit.com to let us know. All online sales are final, so if you wait to notify us until after it has shipped, we’ll be unable to correct the order. Order corrections are not guaranteed, and ordering correctly is the responsibility of the customer, so please take your time and double check your order.

    When will I be billed?

    Your card may be authorized for the amount of the purchase immediately, but will not be charged until your item is out for shipment.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Sales tax must be paid for orders in CA or NY.
